PROGRAM DETAILS
Softball Batter Up is a modified softball program that teaches fundamental skills through a series of FUN and SAFE games for kids.
As Softball Australia’s national participation program, Softball Batter Up, is designed to be fun, flexible and engaging for children (ages 4-8), focusing on fun activities while learning basic throwing, catching, striking and decision making skills.
The program will be adapted for all ages and abilities using the Game Sense and CHANGE IT approach. Softball Batter Up activities align with the national health and physical education curriculum in schools, are written with the purpose of engaging children in physical activity and fostering a life-long love of sport.
Includes a range of activities each week focusing on having fun while learning basic throwing, catching and striking skills.
The cost for the 6 week program is $60, which includes a Softball Batter Up starter pack consisting of a Foam Bat, foam ball & backpack!
The cost for the 6 week program without the pack included is $40.00. Either option is available at registration.

A family-oriented softball association, offering summer seasons to males and females from the age of 3 through to Masters. We welcome players of all ages and skill levels. A winter training program is available for both boys and girls. The association consistently sends representative teams to State Championships in all age groups.
